What happens after I make my reservation?
You’ll be notified a month before delivery to pay the balance. Next batch ships in October. You may cancel your reservation by July via [email protected].
How will after sales support work?
Nosh includes a 1-year warranty, extendable up to 4 years at delivery. Get support via the Nosh app, your device, or [email protected]. Most issues can be fixed remotely. If service is needed, we partner with MobileKangaroo, a trusted Apple Authorized Service Provider. Visit a nearby store or ship your unit—shipping is covered by Nosh. Most repairs are completed within 5 working days.
What are the cancellation and refund rules?
- Fully refundable till 30th July, 2026 - Cancellation after balance payment: If you cancel after paying the remaining balance but before your Nosh ships, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund - 30-day return policy: If you return your Nosh within 30 days of delivery, a $150 restocking fee will be deducted to cover return shipping costs, handling, inspection, and system resets
If you cancel your reservation, we guarantee you a full refund at any time before the project moves into production.
We will be transparent about the progress of our project throughout the entire campaign.
